Comment: This is a nice bag. Customer service was excellent; when I received a defective bag, they sent a new one right away which I had no issues with. I get a lot of compliments all day long, the only draw back is the multiple snaps on the inside to keep it properly closed is a little annoying. I wouldn't let that stop you from buying it though because it looks better closed and is safer.

Comment: The bag was pretty nice but a lot larger than expected. I read the reviews but should have listened. It isn't bad but very big. The quality was good. I was a little disappointed in how is was packaged. It was crammed into a yellow envelope all folded up. For the money overall not a bad product.

Summary: Not what I was expecting
Comment: From the fabulous reviews, I guess I was expecting a $200 bag for $18.95. The bag was disappointing in two main respects: the "red" is a dull red, anot the bright red that I thought was in the picture. Second, the zipper is not attached all along the top of the bag -- it is a bit unusual in that it closes about half the length of the bag leaving the sides open for things to fall out unless you snap the attached tabs on top of the zipper and then it would be less of a risk. It's a complicated (and clever) design, but I just wanted a simple bag with a zipper that would keep everything inside.

So instead of keeping it, I will give the bag to a friend who loves giraffes -- a nice surprise gift!
